1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing Aeternorithm Project, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use our game. Your continued use of the game constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future modifications.

2. Account Registration & Security

You are permitted to create and maintain only one account per person. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. Any activities that occur under your account are your responsibility.

  • Do not share your password with anyone
  • Use a strong, unique password

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:

  • Using cheats, hacks, exploits, or third-party software
  • Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
  • Botting, macroing, or automated gameplay
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players
  • Impersonating staff members or other players

4. Virtual Currency & Items

All in-game currency, items, and virtual goods are the property of Aeternorithm Project and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred for real money.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within Aeternorithm Project, including but not limited to graphics, artwork, music, sound effects, game mechanics, text, and code, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Account Trading Prohibition

The buying, selling, trading, or transferring of game accounts is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be involved in such activities will be permanently banned without warning or compensation. This includes advertising account sales on third-party platforms.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these terms. Upon termination, you lose all rights to access your account and any associated virtual items or currency.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aeternorithm Project is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. This includes loss of data, account information, virtual items, or any interruption of service.
